NextShinning is seeking a motivated and personable Public Relations Assistant to join our team in Cincinnati, OH.
In this role, you will support public relations and communication initiatives while helping maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, partners, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is organized, confident, professional, and comfortable communicating with different audiences.

Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of public relations and communication initiatives.
Assist with maintaining positive relationships with clients, customers, and business partners.
Represent the company professionally during meetings, events, presentations, and other business interactions.
Help prepare communication materials, presentations, reports, and internal documents.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure clear and consistent communication.
Assist with event preparation, promotional activities, and company initiatives.
Respond professionally to inquiries and help maintain a positive company image.
Track ongoing projects, deadlines, and communication activities.
Provide general administrative and organizational support to the public relations team.
Contribute ideas that can improve communication, customer engagement, and overall brand representation.
