Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect / Cloud Engineer with 3 5 years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure, and DevOps. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience designing, deploying, securing, and managing cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.

The candidate will be responsible for building scalable and highly available cloud architectures, supporting cloud migration initiatives, developing Infrastructure-as-Code solutions, implementing automation, and collaborating with development teams on DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, deployment, and management of cloud infrastructure environments.
• Provision and configure cloud resources, including compute, storage, networking, and related services.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud architectures.
• Monitor cloud environments for performance, availability, reliability, and cost optimization.
• Implement cloud security controls and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Support and lead cloud migration initiatives, including assessment, planning, execution, and validation.
• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues and implement effective resolutions.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) templates and automation scripts.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployment and management.
• Optimize cloud costs through monitoring, rightsizing, and reserved-capacity planning.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement DevOps practices, processes, and tooling.
• Document cloud architecture, configurations, deployment processes, and operational procedures.
• Mentor junior cloud engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Continuously evaluate cloud technologies and recommend improvements to infrastructure and operational processes.

Required Qualifications

• 3 5 years of professional experience in cloud engineering, cloud infrastructure, or related roles.
• Advanced knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud services and architectures.
• Professional cloud certification required, such as:
  • AWS Solutions Architect Associate
  • Microsoft Azure Administrator
  • Equivalent professional cloud certification
• Strong experience with Infrastructure-as-Code technologies such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM/Bicep .
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes .
• Strong scripting, automation, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud security, networking, monitoring, and cost optimization.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
